delicious!

that's my grandmother from terengganu..she was working on this special dish yesterday morning, and the end product - a delicious crab dish!

whenever she comes, we would be spoiled with irresistable dishes. terengganu asam laksa, nasi dagang, nasi lemak, sayur lemak, popiah, kuih talam.....wow! our house would become a food paradise! no need to go to penang...

i helped out in getting the crab meat out of the crab. poor crab, its shells got pounded cruelly until they cracked to pieces, its legs torn from its body, and its body broken in half. my grandmother mixed the crab meat with pork fat, sorry, my fellow malay frens, it's non halal...

it's gone now, digested by our bodies' enzymes...dunno when would we be able to eat it again.
