Illustration foundation started

well, yesterday i started my Year 1 3rd semester, which is also known Illustration foundation.
and our first lesson was drama!
it was very funny, especially the warm up exercises Gary asked us to do.
looks like it's better than i expected...

today we had culture and soceity in Malaysia, and OMG!
the lecturer was ....
she actually called herself a SUPER DUPER EVIL WITCH!
And, she put her left leg on a chair.
imagine...a quite-old-with-grey hair woman with horn-rim glasses,
standing in front of the lecture hall, with her left leg on a chair!
i'm not going to love this subject...

my old fren Zhee Yeen was too kind to send me a website that had a list of writing competitions.
she must have went to my fictional blog...
but sadly,
after visiting the website,
i saw that each competition requires entry fee of at least 5$,
which is 5$=5x4=RM20...
and it is AT LEAST...
there are quite a few which are more.
and another thing.
i've been searching for creative writing books, but i couldn't find any in Popular or the tiny little MPH in Sunway Pyramid.
as i read Jeffrey Archer's book the other day, i envied his brilliance in writing such great stories.
but this just made me look down on myself. how can i ever compete with a writer like him?
i just gotta say: 作家的路程真难走...
becoming a writer is really the hardest thing ever, especially a puny little Malaysian like me.
this makes me wonder: will i ever, ever be a published writer?

oh, and yeah...4got about the promotion.
